Eau: Torrent d'Addos
Le Torrent d'Addos fait une longueur de 4km. Un torrent est un cours d'eau naturel situé en montagne. Le regime torrentiel se caractérise par une forte pente, une grande vitesse d'écoulement et donc un cours d'eau turbulent et qui produit une forte érosion. Il est défini aussi par de fortes variations de débits en fonction des précipitations. Sur ce torrent comme sur beaucoup d'autres, de nombreux seuils (petits barrages) ont été aménagés afin de diminuer la vitesse de l’eau et de limiter l'impact des crues.
[Itinéraire] Le col Lebraut
<ol>
<li>Depuis la gare de Chorges, longer la voie ferrée puis la franchir, en direction de Montgardin. La route s’élève lentement et on aperçoit le hameau de Montgardin. Au croisement, bifurquer à gauche et suivre la route qui mène à Champ Peyron.</li>
<li>Continuer sur la route principale et traverser les Jacques et son plateau bien dégagé, avec une très belle vue sur différents massifs. Au croisement suivant, prendre à droite et se diriger vers le hameau du Fein. La pente s’accentue au fur et à mesure que l’on se rapproche de la forêt.</li>
<li>Effectuer maintenant une traversée en sous-bois, sur un revêtement parfois délicat, puis rejoindre la D3 au niveau du col Lebraut (effectuer un rapide aller-retour pour admirer la vue sur le lac et les montagnes avoisinantes).</li>
<li>Descendre maintenant vers Chorges en profitant du paysage. Passer sous la N94 et, 200 m après, bifurquer à gauche pour retourner au parking de la gare.</li>
